Registration and licensing: Motor vehicle, manufactured home, and boat registrations are distributed and recorded. |

Inventory tracking: Tags, tag decals, mobile home decals, boat decals, handicap placards, and several other items including virtual numbers such as voucher numbers or title application numbers are tracked by the system. The system monitors inventory levels and the historical details of each inventory number. |

Monthly payouts/financial distributions: Financial distributions at the end of each month are automatically generated. All distributions are real-time and can be done at any time at the discretion of the managerial staff. All distributions and cash flow are performed using current accounting standards and therefore need no editing or adjusting by the county officials. |

Finance Monitoring: Bank accounts are monitored or tracked through the use of all modern accounting program techniques such as check registers, bank account reconciliation, and check printing capabilities. The Tag-IT .net accounting feature also goes the extra step by managing bad check returns and providing a complete interface with all other parts of the system without any extra intervention by the county personnel. Multiple bank accounts are also supported. |

Renewal Cards: Monthly and annual renewal cards are automatically processed. It can be customized for each individual county based on preferences and exported into a text delimited file. |

Error Prevention: The system takes a proactive approach in an attempt to reduce human errors. Many different techniques are employed throughout the system to accomplish this. All inventory items are run through the inventory management system before they are distributed to check for one of several potential problems. Nitorco has also integrated one of its innovative custom-built tools, the Road-Map Error Control System, into Tag-IT .net. The Road Map Error Control System is a flexible, easy-to-use graphical user-interface which constantly monitors all user input and displays any potential errors in the form of stop and warning signs at the bottom of the user’s screen. It forces the user to clear or check off all potential problems before finishing a transaction. |

Security Control: There are many security checkpoints that exist throughout the system. Each of these security points or “gates” is fully customizable for each county. In other words this means that the determination, of which employee(s) is allowed access to pass through the security gate and perform that function in the program, is determined and control by the county managerial staff. |

Managerial Reporting: Reports are available for all aspects of the system. Reports can be broken down into many different categories including but not limited to inventory, accounting, registration, and financial distribution. |
